I've been looking for a true 4000k 110v light strip and haven't been able to find it, they're either too warm or cold, not "pure" or "neutral", even when there are 3 color options offered. I bought a "middle" one from another brand, advertised as 4000k, but it was YELLOW in person (not amber/orange warm white). I saw the customer photo of this strip with the orange pillows near the pool, and said that sure looks like 4000k to me. Unfortunately it's colder than that in person, the camera exposure changes the color a little. For people like me who are picky about Kelvin color, I posted 3 pics to show how this strip really looks. The round ceiling porch light is a 7" 5-cct led disc set to the 4000k setting - as you can see, the strip is significantly colder. But I would say closer to 5k than 6k, it's not quite powder blue/daylight color. The photo of the garage appears neutral white, but that's the camera making it warmer. And I took a pic of my driveway from around the garage corner just to illustrate how very very VERY bright this strip is! It's not just a decorative facade light, it serves as a security floodlight! That's a 3-car length double wide driveway, and the garage apex illuminates it all the way out to the curb. Kind of overbearing, like Las Vegas in the middle of the night. I wasn't planning on buying the matching electronic dimmer with remote - I am now.

I have been struggling to find a product that looks this good! My application made the light strip visible and this is exactly what I needed. It's worth the extra money for me.Would have been 5 stars, but it's not dimable without buying another product, there's no app and no colour options.

The rope lights look great and were a breeze to install. The overall brightness is perfect. I used them for my stairs as extra light heading to the basement. The durability seems very good. The rope was very flexible and I was able to bend it in any way I needed.

I used for ceiling light behind a crown moulding. I really liked not needing an extra power supply or LED controller. The string is very bright, had to add a Lutron LED+ wall dimmer right away. The adhesive strip adhered well to metal. I did not buy the available remote dimmer as I have enough remotes in my life already.I cut one string from 13ft to 8ft and the other from 13ft to 6.5 feet with no issue. The ability to cut this string every 1-3/4" or so is a clear advantage over most of the other 110V options on the market.No real cons but some opportunities to improve. Each kit should include at least one extra endcap for people cutting to length. The end cut kit sold separately in an unfortunate money grab. The power cord is very stiff and too long which made my install difficult as I had to double back from the end of the crown mould to the power outlet. Would be good to have a more flexible cord with the ability to shorten as needed.

We installed these under our raised eaves that are above the sidewalk to our home's front entry.The lighting is EXTREMELY bright (even at 2800K) and worked out perfectly for our application.

These lights are fantastic and constructed well. Plugs are normal so ease of use goes a long way, compared to others that have a converter built into them. Very slim so can be hidden across many applications. These lights are exactly what was represented. The lighting pattern is continuous and I am pleased.
