Item was as described, Functioned properly, was easy to install but the fan blades were not shaped like the original for the Broan heater vent model it was being replaced in. The blades are straight, whereas the original fan blades had a scooped shape to them. I suspect the scoop would move more air so I fitted the original blades onto this motor. I had to use a thin rubber sleeve to mount it onto the new motor because the shaft diameter was smaller than the original Broan model. It runs well and is much quieter than the original motor.

I watched several videos on YouTube before I bought this item. I would say it took me 10 minutes to change out the old fan to the new fan. I highly recommend it.

Very loud to "just right" noise level. I cleaned my old one out and greased it a few times, but it would keep getting very loud within a couple days. Newer models were the wrong size. This motor was a perfect replacement. So glad this was available! Hopefully it holds up well, but only time will tell there!
