UPDATE:The seller contacted me and provided a full refund even though I was able to make modifications to the product and use it. The seller also stated they would review the product for design changes.Initial review:The fan works, spins freely, and fits perfectly/easily into the housing.HOWEVER, it does not have a low profile plug which causes the cover to not sit flush to the ceiling. I was able to modify enough to make it work but it should be a low profile plug.

this was a nice upgrade from my original 20-year-old fan. I bought the upgraded 70 CFM fan and it fit perfectly in my fan hole. the hardest part was prying the old motor out of there once I did that it was very quick to snap in the new one and plug it in works great.it was very easy to figure out the compatibility too. I just looked at the model number on my old one and the description of this new one says it fits that model number so easy peasy.

This is the perfect replacement for my almost 20 year old bathroom exhaust fan. It fit perfectly and the airflow is good. The noise level is about the same as my previous fan and the installation was easy and seamless. It is a good replacement for the value.
