My original fan burnt out, and I couldn't find a replacement from the actual manufacturer (I assume they don't make replacements for this model anymore due to how old it is).I'm glad to say that this fan/motor replacement works perfectly - with one small caveat. The bolt that the light housing attaches to was a little too short for my setup, so I couldn't actually secure the light and cover to the fan. Thankfully, it was easy enough to simply pull the bolt from my old fan/motor set and slot it into this new one, which fixed the issue.Overall, this is a great replacement, especially for the price!

The fan was the correct part and is easy to install and work well however the threaded bowl that is on the fan assembly to attach the light assembly to is too short. I would’ve had to return it however I took the screw off the old an assembly and replaced it on the new one and it worked just fine.

The fan fit perfectly in the old housing. It took maybe 2 minutes to replace. This fan moves about twice the air as the old one and it shows. I’m very happy with this fan.😆💯

Seems these fans last a few years and then die on you thus needing replacements vs. buying a whole new assembly. This exhaust fan went in easily and works like new. Its a good quality fan replacement and I expect it to last just as long as the OEM which seem to last anywhere from 10 years and up. I would recommend this for a replacement.
