I just got this product delivered in the worst condition ever everything was loose it was holding stuff with rubber bands paid $400 for a new item got trash instead how do people do business like this

Just recieved the Rotatrim Pro 30 from Amazon and the blade does not move. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks in advance!

I bought this to replace a Carl rotary trimmer. This is significantly better.

I was upset when I received a previously returned cutter that was broken (the return label from the previous buyer was still on the original box). However, the manufacturer contacted me and promised to look into the mix up and refunded my money. I am not what I am going to do with the cutter as they said I don't need to return it, maybe I will see if it is fixable.

I taught high school photography for five years and this performed like a champion even with heavy student use. I had to train them to use the cutter from right to left only--the self-sharpening blade works if you do it that way. When I retired, what a great feeling to get one for my home studio. I replaced a cheap "craft level" cutter and haven't regretted it.
