Live this brand I been using it for years now. Great quality and I thought this was the greatest deal for this product. It’s way bigger than the one I already had. It works pretty well, though if you’re not carful, it can rip paper if you try to trim off too thin of a piece. The way to prevent that is to line up the blade over the paper before you press it down to cut, the. You cut one way, come back, and go the other way. If you try to start cutting at the edge of the paper, it will wrinkle and tear it up, which is not pretty. Also, some tiny bits of paper can get stuck in the slit that runs directly under the blade/scorer. I haven’t really tried the scorer yet, but the blade is sharp and fairly precise. I got this cutter instead of the guillotine kind because I have a small child and cats and didn’t want them to play with it. It takes a bit to figure out how to line things up just so, but it does the job.

This is the best paper cutter of its type I have found. This is not for cutting a stack of sheets, it it will facilitate cutting even heavy paper with precision, and repeatability. I use it for cutting paper for origami which requires accurate squares. Includes a second slider that will crease paper as well.

We used this to cut the stick and peel backsplash so we could get a perfect cut around outlets. Works great!

I have several cutters and I like this one because of the width of the platform. It's a great when using the markings on the tool. However, it is a bit difficult to accurately cut a pre-printed line such as when you use templates.

Cuts great, but not the best for card making. I am trying to find a replacement for my stampin’ up cutter that expired. With this trimmer if you leave both the cut blade and score blade on, it cannot cut or score all the way to the top or bottom. Changing them as needed is a hassle. Also, I would prefer to have more cut lines to line up paper. If you’re just using it to cut specific sizes, then I would recommend it. It’s just not a card maker’s trimmer.

I have been looking for a good trimmer forever. I make cards and scrapbook, as well as doing a lot of vinyl. This is a great tool. It cuts and scores exactly as it should. The blades are easy to remove and change. The body has a full 7 inches, so I will almost never have to use the extendable arm. The only thing I don't like is the green blade track. I wish it was clear so that I could see what I'm cutting easily. I'm going to stock up on replacement blades. This thing is a keeper! I'm totally in love with it.
