This works great for getting those muscles to release and is compact enough to take anywhere. I've used this at the gym, work, and home. It's space friendly as the longer foam rollers require more clearance. The density of this foam roller is perfect, not too firm but not too soft either. So far, so good!

I found this roller to be too hard for me. Maybe my skin/muscles are too sensitive. I was unable to use it. If you are ok with a Hard roller, maybe it will be right for you.

I travel a lot and not all hotels have foam rollers. This size is perfect. I have luggage as small as 19" and as large at 22". This foam roller fits perfectly in my 19" and it still leaves me enough space to pack for a 3 day trip. And when I bring my yoga mat I throw it in with the mat and both fit in the yoga bag. Great purchase!!
