Hard plastic ball. Roller is thin foam on abs style plastic pipe. Hand "roller" doesn't roll and is useless

Honestly it's fine, it's a little smaller than I was expecting, but it still gets the job done. I feel like the ball was a bit cheap feeling and plastic. The biggest reason for my purchase however, was the little textured foam roller with the handles. I was looking for something of the sort as I have shoulder pain in harder to reach areas. Anyway, it's just a rod. No texture or ability to roll it over the shoulder. There is a one thousand percent chance I'm using the product wrong, but just a bit disappointed as it's pictured as something other than what I got.

I had heard about the great results of using a foam roller for muscle tension. I teach Bikram Hot Yoga and practice daily along with hiking on average 7-10 miles bi-weekly. I had wanted to target the IT Band since massages don't really get into that area. After using this foam roller, my hips, legs, glutes and back feels great and no more muscle tension! I would highly recommend this product!Watch instructions on any YouTube video to avoid getting hurt.
