Good quality. If looking for a softer roller I would not recommend. It is very hard, feels good to crack your back but a little too hard to work your muscle.

Back when I used to take classes at my gym, the trainer would always encourage us to “roll out” with a foam roller after our workout. It helps with working out the kinks in the muscles that are sore or tense after workout. I got the 3ft wide one because it allows you to roll out every part of your body and balance easier. It’s very firm, but it should be for the way that I use it. I personally love it, though it’s a little thicker than the one I used at the gym. I used it last night and it works just as well as the one I’m used to.

So helpful for any tired and achy back or neck. Provides great support for stretching and relaxation. Easy to clean and store away until needed. Comes in lots of nice colors. My massage therapist recommended this to help with back pain & overall muscle tension.I chose purple 18 inch firm density.My vertebrae get out of alignment, as most people's do. I lay on this and gently roll across it. I can feel the muscles relax and the vertebrae go back in place ( as much as they can without my chiropractor).Taking a break & using this helps give me relief without medication.

For the price, the value is high. A little too small for your entire upper back but extra firm and easy to travel with or store. Definitely a great addition to an athlete’s recovery quiver.

This is an incredibly basic foam roller. It works as intended, but at the same time it feels really cheap/is prone to cuts and tears. It's super light, which is normal for foam rollers but this one feels like it will float away if I don't hold it carefully enough. Not a bad piece of equipment to have but it's very much a low-level product and it might be worth spending a little more on something more durable.
