I figured that I’d give this one a try. I’m flexible so hyperextension ones don’t help. I typically require another person to put pressure on both sides of a vertebra while I’m laying face down. That requires another human and they aren’t always around. This given the divet in the center my body’s pressure adds the needed force on both sides of my spine. Multiple cracks so 5 stars.

Have a lot of lower back issues from a car accident 14+ years ago. These work great for stretching it out. WAY better than a foam roller! The sizes are great too. Thought I would love the largest one the most but actually the smaller one works best for me.

I was rolling on the largest wheel, it flipped over and I landed full-force on it with my middle back. It was bruised and sore for a week. Returning!!

These wheels help to crack and realign my back like no other product I have ever tried! I cancelled my chiropractor subscription because I can use these for what I need right at home!
