I love these!!The big one for stretching. The middle for digging into those sore muscles in my back and cracking everything, the small one for working on my tight muscles or neck.I haven’t seen a Chiro in awhile now because each day I use these for stretching out. I had a kink in my neck and used the small one to stretch and roll it out. Feels fine now.

if you're like me, you've seen ads for the chirp wheel everywhere. I've seen the chirp in person and it feels exactly like this Furnhome one. If you're considering the chirp, give this a try - it's a little strange to get used to. You still have to balance a little. But it does stretch and roll out your back. quality of materials is really great

I’ve been wanting the Chirp wheels but can’t justify the price. These were a lot less and do the job for me. Feels great on my back and also gets the knots between my shoulder blades as well. I went with the 3-pack but in hindsight, I’d recommend getting the 4-pack with the additional small wheel for even more intense stretch/pain relief.

Definitely helps after a night of work in the restaurant. I like to lay down with the roller against the back of my head then roll myself up slowly until popcorn commences.TIP: Hold the roller with both hands above your head first for better balance then do quick crunches with your head going forward at each area of your back for maximum POP!

They seem ok. I wont be able to use the smallest wheel as the spine groove isn’t centered. The others were well made. The thickness of the foam makes it comfortable to use.

At first glance these look like the real deal, but as soon as you look closely, you can see the spine groove is not centred on the wheel, it's offset to the side. This makes them quite uncomfortable to use, as there is significantly more pressure on one side of your spine than the other.

Bought the 4-pack not knowing which if any I would like. My goal is to crack the mid back. Basically the same cost as a visit or two to a chiro. 13inch wheel is the ticket. I get a good stretch, some cracking and some massaging with only a few rolls back and forth. The smaller the wheel the more aggressive they feel to me. ease into it. Used to run alot and I can see how the small wheels would be a good IT band stretch.

These work so great for my daughter who does competitive dance she rolls on them and gets the back pops that she needs and really gets the stretch out of her back. I highly recommend this product.
