I have a lot of issues with circulation among other things. This has helped a lot with the massages that I need to help heal the injuries I have and not reinjury myself every time I go to practice. Nice and strong, pretty thick, and I like the price. Has a nice carrying bag for everything. I'm a pretty big guy and this supports me just fine when I need to run my back and legs on it. It'll take some getting use to the hardness, but it'll feel good later on since this puts a great pressure where you need it.

A must have for me! My sister recommended this product for me due to my back discomfort. All I can say is it has definitely been a game changer! I am impressed that it works so well!

Ordered these after a fitness instructor recommended them to my weight lifting class. The roller with the 3 balls is great for sore or tight leg muscles. Only one word of caution... Don't press to hard while rolling sore legs. I was a bit aggressive and my thighs and glutes now have several dime sized bruises. Ooops. The extra band is nice to have too.

Got this to try rolling my back. Had been using a smooth, high-density roller, but wanted to try something to dig a little deeper. It definitely did just that!Pros+ Quality. The build of this set is top notch. The materials used are solid. The glue and connections are sturdy. The motion and movement is just like you'd expect.+ Bag. It is nice that the set comes in a bag so you can carry the whole thing with you to the workout. Keeps everything nice and neat.+ Function. The rollers work really well. If you can have someone use the pointy roller on your back, that is great. Definitely digs deep.Cons+ The only thing that is weird is that the large roller will leave that design in your back for days. The foam is VERY high density and doesn't give hardly at all. So be prepared to see treadmarks on your back after using it. It shouldn't hurt anything, but they look terrible!

My back pain got worse after using this, the roller is so hard that it actually left bruises on my back in the shape of its grooves.
