Medium Density is slightly less than high density and more forgiving for knee rehab exercises without being soft. Excellent quality. Delivery on time. Highly recommend.

I was looking for a long soft roller to use for my back and legs. I wanted something similar to the ones I use at the gym class I take so that I can do the exercises at home too. The first roller I bought was a high density but said soft and I had to return it as it was too stiff. This one is perfect and works well for my needs. and is less expensive than the one I use at the gym.

This is an awesome low density roller. It's much softer (and kinder) to my body than any of the other ones I have tried. Obviously it is expensive, but worth it! The quality seems very high and the softness even better than I expected.

$53 for a piece of foam is pretty wild. I love it but it can’t be that expensive to make these.

I purchased Healthy You Low Density Soft/Medium Foam Physical Therapy Roller to help with back, pelvic and hip stretches. I love this roller, it's soft enough so it doesn't hurt but yet firm enough so my weight doesn't squish it down. Highly recommend Healthy You Low Density Soft/Medium Foam Physical Therapy Roller.

A lesser priced roller I bought was almost as hard as a rock. This one is firm but it has a little give and is much more comfortable.
