I bought this foam roller as recommended by my personal trainer. It is perfect!! It is easy to store, perfect amount of firmness, but really gets into you, releasing muscles almost as well as a trainer. Great for daily use!

I'm a personal trainer and swear by this tool for loosening muscles (so does Tom Brady, but his brand is probably 3x the cost...). Love that it comes in a pretty purple! Most brands are basic colors. Holding up well.

Great texture, very light weight, rolls perfectly on my dense foam yoga mat. As far as PT equipment, it’s very inexpensive. Works well & is the perfect size.I love DEEP tissue massage.
