This has been an amazing addition to my routine for relieving back pain and tension. It’s the perfect tool for deep tissue massage, and I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my flexibility and spinal alignment after using it regularly. The wheel provides a great stretch for the back and helps target those hard-to-reach areas with ease. It’s incredibly comfortable to use, and I appreciate how durable and sturdy it feels. Whether for relieving stress, improving posture, or just unwinding after a long day, this roller is a must-have for anyone looking to alleviate back discomfort.

This product came well packaged. It has a nice vibrant teal inner color. The tread feels fine even on bare skin. Had some instant sciatic pain relief after first use.

Neat little tool. I sit at a desk/computer all day and pretty athletically active outside of work so I get all sorts of aches and pains for being sedentary for long periods of time and then just beating up my body doing various workouts.I am horrible about stretching although I know it's really good for you and although you may not see immediate benefits (although it does feel really good while you're doing it) it's really more preventative for pain. This is kind of a neat tool to stretch out your back, which isn't an easy thing to do on your own.It started off feeling a little awkward for me, TBH it hurts a little bit when you start, but probably because if you're anything like me and don't stretch on a regular basis, your body is going to be a little stiff. But with practice you kind of get the hang of it and it feels less awkward. Once in awhile I'll get my back to crack on this thing.I thought I could do this while watching tv, but unless you're going to just hang out on this thing and watch tv upside down, best to just spend a few minutes rolling on this and then getting on with your day.If you have long hair, definitely recommend tying it up so you don't accidentally roll over it. Can pinch a bit if your hair gets caught under it as you are rolling.

There is a stretch that it only achievable with this roller that is high enough off the ground and narrow enough to let your arms press all the way back. Seems good for someone trying to enlarge the chest in a stretch. I lay my back on the roller wheel, center it between the shoulder blades and try to extend my chest up and push my arms to the ground, it's an amazing stretch and it's quite helpful in pressing that specific spine segment to where it belongs.

It's ok, just not for me. I don't have severe back issues, but sometimes after a workout I like to stretch out my back and work those muscles. Honestly this thing was just HARD. It appears to be mildly cushioned but the foam on the surface is extremely firm. Quality wise it's well built and can stand quite a bit of weight. It is a quality product but I don't think it'll work for MY needs.

It always makes me laugh when as soon as I put my back on it, I can hear things cracking. It’s always a good sound because you know the wheel is doing exactly what it’s supposed to do. You can use this for the back, but also, it’s a great chest opener because You put your arms out to the side and really get a nice stretch across the pectoral muscles. I see people online putting one leg on this and doing plank. Go for it if that’s your thing but if you are on the thinner side, I can only see this will hurt your shin. I did try doing it and it absolutely hurt my shin but the plus side is that I really contracted my core to take as much pressure off of my shin as I could so in essence I was getting a core workout. Maybe that is the point, I’m not sure. I would only use this for a plank with my leg resting on it if I was wearing leggings. I would never use that pose wearing only shorts.

Not just for Yoga. Great for sore back or working out kinks and sore muscles in your back! I have used a foam roller in the past but they always slid out or moved as I tried to roll on them with my back. This wheel gives you a more controlled motion and does not slip. It also has a grove down the middle of the wheel that fits my spine as I roll back and forth and release my back tension and get all those - Snap - Crackle - and Pops from my back.
