This thing is great if you have numb feet. The outside is hard so I wrapped it in 1 inch foam and it is fantastic.

This vibrating foam roller is easily the weakest one I've ever tried. The foam roll is very hard and not great quality. It doesn't vibrate very strongly. For example, putting any weight on it drastically reduced the vibration effect. The current sales price is reasonable and I like the length of the roller. This roller may work for some people but it isn't nearly strong enough to fit my needs.

I have three rollers, and two different types of vibrating ones. This one is the best. I really like that it is the size (larger 6" diameter) and material of a regular foam roller - firm, with a little softness to the texture (no give, but a softer texture). I also like the longer length, which is perfect for rolling your hips around on it. The vibration, though not as high frequency of my other roller, is perfect, and tends to penetrate into my tissue through the foam (thus higher amplitude) better and be more effective at relaxing tight muscles.I find my other roller is too small diameter, the hard rubberized plastic and knobby texture is not very comfortable, and most of the vibration transfers into my floor, rather than my body.It's less portable, and has an old school charging cable, but if your on the fence, I recommend this one. I love this roller for relaxing my crossfit induced aching muscles.

I have various low back issues and every now and then my sacroiliac joint goes out and this is an awesome device for helping it reset. Just roll the roller massager all the way back in the chair or your couch, then push your hips straight back into the roller and slowly relax and let your upper back bend backwards. You can always use it on your upper back or neck, but if you're watching TV, the vibration is so strong you will get double and triple vision! It runs for a long time on a charge, and it charges quickly. The directions do not tell you much but when you plug it in you will see the lights come on one of the time and then start over again. when it's fully charged the lights will go out.

I bought this first as a Christmas gift. I already had in my mind I wanted one myself. Trying it out Christmas day, I was liked it so much, I ordered another two. Just briefly trying it out on my lower back and hips, I felt instant relief. The effect stays with you. It's stiff material which may be uncomfortable for some. It doesn't bother me since I am able to control applying pressure. The vibration is the added benefit I needed anyway. I just put a towel over it and melt into the massage. Great for relieving aches and pains. It's well made and affordable. I'm happy with my purchase.

I bought the FITINDEX smart scale in July, the most reasonable price I found on Amazon and it has performed like a champ, gives 13 measurements, and they're consistent. When I found they released a foam roller I jumped on it, and it works well. My gym, Crunch, has rollers but not electric vibrating style and, at least for me, the massaging function, after workout and spinning and pilates, relaxes tight muscles from calf through core and back. Having four speeds is good, tho for me second level is excellent for most of my needs, three maybe if I'm jammed up. Again, IMO this is a great purchase for price and results.
