I think this would work better if there was no space for the spine

I really like the width of this wheel. At first, I thought it was too hard compared to my friend’s chirp wheel that I had tried, but when I tried hers again, and then this one again, I decided that the additional width compared to the chirp wheel was worth the harder/firmer texture. When I’m working at my computer and I feel tension in my upper back, I take a break and roll on this. It snaps crackles pops in the best possible way. Highly recommend. It’s also about $10 less than the chirp wheel, which was nice.

This is wider than other back wheels, and the padding on either side of the spine feels amazing. It's very durable, I have no fear about it breaking at all, it might even be a tiny bit too firm, but maybe I just need to get used to it. Very lightweight. Love that it came with a clip for my hair, I wouldn't have even thought about that until I rolled over it, probably, so it isa nice touch.

My husband uses this to crack and relax his back. It comes with a nice case.

The product arrived within a day and it couldn't have come at a more perfect time. With the colder weather and being constantly in and out of heated spaces into cold air, my muscles were starting to tense up. I used it as soon as it came and it felt JUST like what I needed to help target some hard to reach areas of stretch and deep tissue pressure that I needed. I'm loving it already.The thoughtful design with the groove in the center was a perfect pocket for my spine to align into. This made it even more comfortable combined with the soft material (cause who wants to roll on hard plastic?). The width is just right for me to roll comfortably on my back, hips, thighs, etc., while also serving as a balancing wheel for other non-rolling stretches. Just don't try to balance yourself on top of it, it's tempting.I like how tough the wheel looks and feels, it gives me the confidence to use my full 200lb weight without worry and the feedback is great!The wheel even comes with a hair clip for anyone with long hair that doesn't want to roll over their locks and a towel to help keep the wheel clean after each use.Overall great product and definitely part of my fitness and flexibility routine now.

Arriva in un packaging molto curato, scatola stampata di ottima qualità, dove troviamo la ruota all'interno una pratica e abbastanza robusta borsa in cordura con un mini kit di accessori molto carino.Made in China.Ho aspettato molto per fare questa recensione, visto che volevo provare bene questa ruota dorsale, magari con un bel mal di schiena... che pazientemente e puntualmente è arrivato 😆Prima usavo un foam roller XL, sempre da Amazon e mi ci trovavo benissimo, solo che non riusciva a lavorare bene sulle vertebre in mezzo alle scapole; questa ruota, grazie alla sua larghezza ottimale, riesce a lavorare bene anche in mezzo alle scapole e la sua cavità centrale scorre perfettamente sulla colonna vertebrale, in maniera soggettivamente molto comoda ed ergonomica, almeno su di me.Rispetto al roller bisogna solo stare attenti a non scivolare dalla ruota, visto che è anche un pò alta, visto il diametro abbondante, io di solito mi sorreggo anche la testa con le mani proteggendola sempre.La passo solo sulla parte convessa media e alta della schiena, mai sulla parte concava renale.Comunque la trovo abbastanza intuitiva e facile da usare, non le cambierei niente, come dimensioni e forma 👍.La robustezza mi sembra buona, in più io sono un uomo orsuto 🐻 quindi se ha retto me...La gommatura esterna ha un discreto grip e sulle mie piastrelle e anche silenziosa.Gli accessori prevedono un fermacapelli per le donne, molto gentile ed intelligente da includere e un simpaticissimo panno di pulizia, ripiegato a forma di orsetto 😃👍👏Conclusione:Soggettivamente sia il roller XL blu in foto sia questa ruota dorsale li trovo tra i migliori prodotti che ho preso da Amazon ed insieme si completano perfettamente, lavorando sinergicamente.Per il mal di schiena darei priorità alla ruota ma è molto soggettivo.Purtroppo adesso questa ruota non è disponibile e il prezzo non compare, spero che torni disponibile.

J'ai déjà un rouleau pour le dos dur de 10cm recouvert d'une mince couche de liège que j’utilise tout les jours. Il m'a fallu du temps avant d'arriver à mettre tout mon poids dessus car il appuie fortement sur les vertèbres.Ce nouveau rouleau de 30cm reçu en cadeau a une rainure pour la colonne vertébrale et un revêtement tendre donc ne nécessite pas de s'habituer. Il permet aussi probablement d'éviter d’endommager la colonne en cas de fragilité comme l’ostéoporose. Il est très confortable.Il existe en plusieurs diamètre comme indiqué dans la notice. Je confirme celle ci : mon petit rouleau peut appliquer des forces importantes qui me permettent de 'réaligner' une vertèbre. Le grand peut s'utiliser comme un ballon pour ouvrir le haut du dos.J'ai les cheveux longs, ils ont tendances à se coincer dessous le petit rouleau, pas de problème avec le grand.En conclusion: un rouleau très confortable et parfait pour débuter. Si on veut un seul rouleau un diamètre intermédiaire de 20cm est probablement idéal et prendrait moins de place.Il est livré dans une jolie pochette facile à refermer, une serviette en forme d'ours et une pince à cheveux.

I am a mid 40's office worker and although in reasonable active shape I do suffer from sitting or standing at the desk 5 days a week and low flexability.I purchased this item in order to keep my upper body flexible and mobile. First impressions of the fitbeast roller are excellent, the packaging and presentation is absolutely in line with a premium product with high quality and recycled (according to the side lable) materials used. The roller comes with a written guide but also a number of QR codes to access other guides and online content, I would say that the online links are great but they go to different domains (not just fitbeast's own ".com" area so I was not so comfortable deliving in too far, I did find however some links to other owners and trainers videos on youtube that have been linked and I found them useful to confirm my intended use - a direct link to an internal fitbeast site with fitbeast demos would be better but maybe more difficult to cross language barriers for different customers? The roller is very firm in construction which is fine and expected, it adds reasurance that it will last and not fail or be an injury risk, in the flipside it is firm so at first it feels a little uncomfortable to be putting all my weight on to a small area of my back.This is ofcourse offset by the foam / rubber used on the outer of the wheel, this rubber is both grippy and durable again providing peice of mind that this product will last a long time but will also not fail or slip causing injury if used correctly (nothing can stop an idiot hurting themselves...), the rubber has a recess that allows the spine to roll centrally and it distributes the weigh around the area.I am using a third party app for 30sec intervals to stretch on the roller, relax and move the position and then to repeat 5 times so I stretch different points along my back and this is working well for me.This is my second fitbeast purchase and although some of the associated material and provided in the booklets and online are culturally different in their use of language, the items are clear and of great use and the products are absolutely top quality.I have given 5 star for comfort but ultimately it is not a comfortable exercise on any object, but I have given a 4 star for the value purely as this is a premium product and although I feel it is well worth the price I paid, I can see that a cheaper option might be available or suitable all be it at a lower quality as a result - for me I am very happy with the package and can happily recommend it for others to consider.

Bei den Übungen knarzt und knirscht nichts.Auch verbreitet das Produkt keine üblen Gerüche, wie es bei Billigprodukten manchmal der Fall ist.Das verwendete Material ist sehr angenehm. Das Polster hat eine angenehme Härte und in der Mitte eine sinnvolle Aussparung für die Wirbelsäule.Der Rückenroller wird mit einer praktischen Aufbewahrungs- und Transporttasche geliefert. Für den einfachen Start liegt eine Karte mit einem QR-Code bei, der auf einige gut gemachten Anwender-Videos verlinkt.Sehr positiv bewerte ich die Broschüre "User Guide" die sehr viele Aspekte der Rückengesundheit aufgreift und zudem erklärt, wie man das Yoga-Rad auf vielfältige Art, und nicht nur für den Rücken, verwenden kann. Echt top! Durch die Verwendung vom Rückenroller haben sich bei nicht nur Verspannungen im Rücken, sondern auch im Schulter- und Nackenbereich, sowie in der Brustmuskulatur gelöst.In meinen Augen ist der Rückenroller von Fitbeast sehr zu empfehlen.
