I had to return this item. Definitely had many problems. I couldn't even find an address all the time and it would keep shutting off while I was driving for a whole 2 weeks. Definitely not what I expected. Already returned it.

I originally bought one of these when they first came out, to the tune of $599! I put over 500k miles on that one in a Semi, and another 100k in other vehicles. I have had others including Garmin which I'd never do again.When I open package which arrived 1 day sooner than they said, I was very surprised! It was in like new condition, came with a copy of manufacturers instructions, all cords and even had a current software update installed! It was expertly packed to prevent damage. Thank you very much for your diligence.

It was shipped faster the description stated. I removed it from the box and made sure it was updated and got it setup for my truck it will be used starting Sunday morning

I’m not happy with this product that I purchased. I really thought I was getting a wonderful gift for my husband. He was complaining about the old truck gps system he was using, so I searched for an updated version. This product work for three (3) days, it comes on and turn off as soon as it comes on. My husband is out on the road with a GPS that doesn’t work properly. I’m really not happy with this product.

As a professional driver this is invaluable. I haul HazMat and this allows me to set the parameters for my load and then routes me accordingly!!Love that it shows lane changes, weigh stations, etc well in advance! Also figured out how to get it to show truck stops along the route. You can also add multiple stops into the route very easily!!I bought the refurbished model with a 2 year warranty. Hopefully I'll never have to use it as I can fathom being without this great tool!!!

Bought in March simply for the mileage for my ifta hung on window and never removed gps off charger. Worked great for about 2 months and about 2 weeks before fuel taxes screen went completely black. Tried calling and sending emails no one ever got back to me. So yea refurbished obviously comes with the half off gamble of longevity!

I can't get the window mount to stay on the windshield for anything. I have tried licking it, breathing on it, using alcohol pads before putting it on windshield band nothing works usually. It seems to hold ok if you can actually get it to stay but 9 times out of 10 it falls off within 5-10min on the road.
