This is a navigation device is a useless piece of crap! How can you use this thing when it will not accept the address you enter. Google Maps can find it with ease but this thing will not even let me spell the street name out. It just pops up whatever is programmed. Won't even allow you to finish typing.

After reading several other reviews, I decided to give this a try. Big mistake. It does not show a couple of things that I need to see in a GPS such as my actual speed or maybe it does show the actual speed and after looking for 30 minutes, I certainly couldn’t find it and gave up. It also does not use a standard ball mount, nor does it allow vertical use.I sent this back and bought a used Garmin at a great price, added another memory card to it, so it could handle the new database, and downloaded the free database. Problem solved.

This is absolutely garbage. Very slow. Downloaded recommended maps but apparently UK is not included in Europe anymore as map is not available on Europe package. Visibility is limited, GPS signal weak. When I decided to return the item now I am finding out that I need to pay for postage! I understand that if I would just change my mind but this is because the quality of the product is below the expectation and advertisement. Absolutely ridiculous. Do not buy at any cost!!!!

This is a great GPS, and is good if you’re sick and tired of using your phone, letting it get super hot, and slowly killing it early via the heat cycles it has to endure. It’s nice to have a dedicated system that is cheaper than your smart phone, and gets the job done. There is no subscription, it just uses data already being communicated from the sats, does the math, and applies it to pre-loaded maps. That means, no service, no problem, you still have the maps locally stored, you just need “line of site” with the sats in space. Also, make sure you update 1x a year. It’s just a file you have to load. The GPS also has USBC, which is a nice modern touch. The battery doesn’t last long by itself so make sure you have an external power source at all times. UI could be a little better, but once you get used to it, it’s easy to use. Over all, I recommend it.

This is a great GPS. The screen is large and very easy to see allowing you to navigate with ease while offering does direction, compass heading, and speed. It also offers you the ability to store music, photos and other files on it as well. It finds satellites quickly and gives you options to create a route with multiple stops. I really like this GPS and the really neat thing is that it gives you information related to the country you are traveling in, such as speed limits, emergency numbers, country code, and BAC if you consume alcohol.

When I received the item firstly, I had a very good impression. However, after using it for a few days, there were a few problems.Firstly, if I click on an interesting place that appears on the screen, the delay continues, and the result is not displayed. In the end, I had to cancel searching.Secondly, the biggest issue is that the screen is too bright at night time, so I reduced it through the backlight brightness control function, but even if I max it out again for use during the day, only the min backlight comes out, making it too difficult to see the screen during day time. I think the LCD BACK LIGHT is broken. If not for that, I think $60 would be a very good deal.

As someone who travels frequently, having a reliable GPS is essential, and this unit has exceeded my expectations. It connects directly to GPS satellites, which means I don't have to worry about losing signal in remote areas or relying on my phone's data connection. The setup was straightforward, and the interface is user-friendly, making it easy to input destinations and find the best routes quickly. What I appreciate most is its affordability without compromising on performance. The device provides accurate directions and recalculates routes swiftly if I need to take a detour. It also comes with preloaded maps, so I don't have to worry about downloading anything on the go.Overall, this GPS unit is a great investment for anyone who spends a lot of time on the road. It offers peace of mind knowing that you'll always find your way, no matter where your travels take you. Highly recommended!

Precisely what the headline says. UI requires a lot of steps to perform an operation that should be one tap. GPS precision is also low, it was showing me to be 50 meters away from my true location - this would lead to missed turns. In today's age a dedicated GPS is a device for senior drivers only - for anyone younger Google Maps or Waze are a much, much better choice. This should've been an equivalent of a feature phone - one button to take you home from wherever you are. All the extras like a music player or a unit calculator are unnecessary distractions that would confuse an already confused person even more.
