The exercises are fine but the graphics are so small they are difficult to make out unless you have the poster right next to you making it impractical to use while exercising.

Laminated and rolled when you get it so will want to back roll it and wrap a couple of rubberbands around it for 24 hours before placing it on your wall. A nice selection of workouts will keep you busy for some time to come.

I love that it's hard. It won't rip easily at all. You do have to unroll it lay flat for at least a couple hours so it won't roll up. Other than that I'm super happy to work out at home. It's pretty big. About the same as my whole abdomen. All the Pictures of the exercises are clear and bold. Easy to read.

A great help. Just starting to exercise, haven't memorized all the moves yet. The well made poster makes it easy to learn the correct positions and moves. However, because it is rolled up for shipping, it takes a while to flatten it to be able to hang on the wall. The poster itself is laminated and the drawings are large enough to be seen readily.
