didn't realize what i was ordering...kept the item but, they're laminated large posters that curl up...just awkward ..the only place a person would use them would be an exercise room, basement or garage....i just wanted something to glance at..not hang up...

I like the guide and how it’s assisting me in using my body vibration plate. The size is large enough to see from a distance, very practical and functional. I do not believe that it’s a good value for the money, it’s overpriced. But at the time it was the best visual to help me learn how to target specific muscle while using my body vibration machine.

It’s good , great pics and info good to glance at and try other positions, wish it had plastic covering though...without it looks cheap
