This is a great potato masher. It is truly just what I was looking for. It came really well packaged and it is very sturdy. It comes with 2 different/interchangeable cups with different whole sizes. I really just prefer the one with the tiny wholes, so I can make sure my mash potatoes are silky smooth.I was so tired of using the typical masher that you have to hold in one hand and press down. They aren't small enough, and the mash potatoes always ended up being lumpy.Happy with this one!

Many of these kitchen utensils are just stamped sheet metal that can’t hold up to heavy use. This ricer is much more solidly constructed. I expect it will last a long time in my kitchen.

This is a lot bigger than I thought it was going to be! Seems very heavy and well-built. Can't wait to try it out this year when I make lefse.

I liked the results with potatoes. It was a good value for the money, simple to use, and reasonable to clean.I would peel the potatoes, and cut what you are going to rice the size of the ricer before cooking it to facilitate using it. The different sizes are reasonable to change out, yet I would ask for even simpler to switch out. For washing, it is reasonably easy to wash and I would ask for a finish that food slides off of easily, or a specialized cleaning product to wash the inside of the ricing cups. I used tongs to remove the hot potatoes and put it into the cup to rice.Overall, it is a good value for the money, the material is decent for the price, and reasonably sturdy with a good performance.Enjoy using this and realize that the mashing takes time before, or after, as well as effort. Be prepared to enjoy the results of thinking ahead.

This potato ricer is very big and a bit clunky to use comfortably. The pieces do not fit very well and I found it difficult to change out the inner cups. The fill line is noted with a sticker which I was not able to remove.

This thing makes the greatest mashed potatoes. Just squeeze the cooked spuds once through the small sieve, add butter and a little milk, stir, and you've got great lump free mashed potatoes. Cleanup is easy, soak and use sprayer hose.

I really don't like this product. I would not buy it again and I probably will just give it to the local thrift shop.
