The hand railing is excellent, but the installation kit leaves a lot to be desired. It comes equipped with expansion bolts and a cement drillbit. But the drillbit broke before I could drill the first hole. I watched a couple of YouTube videos on using concrete expansion bolts like those that came with the kit and found that a hammer drill is recommended for drilling the holes. So I rented one at Home Depot and had no trouble. The railing really should come with instructions recommending that the purchaser use a hammer drill to make the holes.

Our pool was installed over 50 years ago before safety was a major concern... now we're in our 70's and 80's and climbing in and out of the pool is a bit more shaky. So this is perfect for us...and we've also noticed that since its installation, it's been used by everyone of every age...from grandkids to great grandkids...I didn't even know we needed it until I watched my husband stumble once...now, I'm so glad I realized how dangerous a fall would be.

To have a railing like this put in was going to be $1500 by a company. I was able to install it myself and it looks fantastic is solid. Very good product. Highly suggest purchasing this if you need a rail for your pool!!

I had zero issues with this product. Arrived on time, quality construction. It did cost more to install that the product itself, but its sturdy and good design!

Nice product, gave it 3 stars due to poor packaging. All of hardware was loose in the box, which was damaged, and some of the anchor bolts were missing, Im guessing it was FedEx because delivery instructions were not followed,

Bit for masonry supplied wore out after 1 anchor installation out of 4. Had to purchase...Sabre Tools 7/16 Inch x 12 Inch SDS Plus Rotary Hammer Drill Bit. Now it's sturdy. We also bought an SRS Hammer drill. See picture. Velcro cover isn't a great fit around tubing but it'll do.
