Nice product. It floats and connects to side of pool with sturdy clips. Included is a tool to allow the rope to be shortened. The video instruction here on Amazon on how to shorten the rope is very helpful!

Although my pool is 16' across, I bought the 18' set with seven floats; the 16' set only has five floats which I thought to be too widely spaced. I found the two videos on YouTube - one to shorten the rope and the other to move the floats. Both videos were easy to search/find and were very helpful to show me how to adjust the set for my pool. With just 1/2 hour and one adult beverage, I was able to cut and adjust the set to fit perfectly. I am glad I got the longer set as the extra floats over the shorter length really make the rope easy to see for both kids and the folks watching the kids.

I Wished the floats were made from a softer Vinyl Rubber Material. I'm not sure what to call it. But These floats are made from Hard Plastic and are a little on the small side. And why are there no instructions? Fortunately I've had a set Before and remember how to adjust the rope length. Also Just by chance I learned how to move the Floats. Just pull on the float { you might have to investigate a little to see which way to pull on the float It will only slide in one direction. It didn't take a whole lot of effort, So if your pulling really hard, Try the other direction] and the rope will slip out and you will notice a wedge spacer inside the rope. Just adjust it by moving it inside the rope. If you haven't noticed already The inside of the Rope is Hollow. 20 Bucks ? Cant complain. But I would have paid 40 for better floats.

Well made good divider. I have a 18' x 38' pool. So i bought the 18' wide divider. Only problem is this rope is definitely longer than 18 feet. About and extra 3 feet longer. You can adjust it to the length you prefer and it comes with the tool to make it easier but if you like a perfect fit without all the adjustment hassle like i do i would prefer getting a size smaller like a 16' if you have a 18' wide pool. Not a deal breaker but it's just my preference. Still a good purchase and it will serve its purpose.

this is a adequate functional safety rope. size is correct as advertised and was easy to tie (or you can cut easily) to shorten it. I would say the rope material is a bit then as are the booeys making it look a little bit cheap which is why i didnt give 5 stars. But for the price this is adequate and is fine after using for one season in the pool

This was exactly what I was looking for. Its a little long so I had to tie a few knots in the end of it. The floats actually have spots on the rope that they wedge onto so they don't move. I kinda like that feature since i'm a tad OCD. Obviously when the kids are screwing around with them they'll move, but you can slide them right back to their original position. My 3 year old daughter has actually jumped off the rope a few times and it hasn't broken yet.
