I love the design & the assistance entering & exiting the pool. I purchased this last month. The problem is that the bases & uprights are already getting rusty. For some reason I cannot upload s picture.

Item was easy to install with the right tools. Looked good at first. After a week and on and off rain, rust appeared. If you buy product, I would definitely corrosion treat and paint before installing.

I purchased these to use at our boat dock as the step down from the dock to the boat is quite a drop. They look amazing! They're heavy duty and the welds on them look wonderful. We were so pleased with him that we purchased another set for our father-in-law for his boat dock.

I love the size and shape of these rails. I have a small fiberglass pool and did not want a hand rail that went very far over the edge of the pool. I only have one rail installed and have the other one on standby. I would have given more starts based on size and install but sadly I am going to have to swap out the other one for the next pool season due to the rust and will only give a 2 starts. The rail we have bolted to the concrete edge began rusting at the base very quickly. now there are spots of rust on the rails themselves. we have a salt water system. The salt was a little high when we first started up the pool but was within normal range within 4-5 weeks. The CL2 was never over range and the pH tended to be on the higher side more than the low side until the salt content came down. I had a CL2 pool years prior and had no trouble with my hand rails. Maybe this has something to do with salt water VS CL2 pool, not sure, all I know is that these rails look great and work fine but are not good for my pool. The rust is ugly and I will have to remove them before the rust stains ruin my new concrete around the pool.
