I bought this for my hot tub. I liked it so much that I bought two more for my steps coming into my house, I have stone steps at two of my doors and I just slid them under the steps.

This handrail is perfect for a hot tub. Sturdy and easy to put together . When I first received it there was a part missing . I immediately was going to return it but I reached out to the seller and they were very responsive. They sent me the part that was needed in a timely manner . Great product and good customer service .

Solid and sturdy. Good looking. Nice Quality. Included directions are useless, so you'll need to figure it for yourself based on the finished product picture. Some pieces not even mentioned in the directions. Missing several screws, washers and nuts - requiring harware store purchase. For the price, expected better directions and all parts included.

I feel it will work, I would like it even more beefed up at the base and, Feel recess needs to be at the point that you screw the set knob in. I will drill a hole to accomplish that.

We are so happy we put this Hand rail at our hot tub. It not only holds the towel for us while we soak, but it helps us to be safe while getting in and out! It feels so Strudy and safe. I have always been afraid of falling as I enter and exit the hot tub, which is freestanding. This Hand rail takes away all my fears as the bar is big enough to really hang onto on the outside, but also on the inside since it rises a few feet above hot tub, until I've reached my sure-footedness on the first seat. Hope Im making sense... The hand rail takes all my fear away as I can hang on until I feel safe and sure footed! It has prevented me from slipping many times, where I begin to slip but simply grip handrail and steady myself. Thanks for this! Also, simple to install BUT DO IT WHILE EMPTY as it goes under the tub for stabilization.

It slipped easily under the hot tub. It is a sturdy handle without much effort or cost. Installing the light for the endcap proved difficult, at least for me. I ended up not using it as the wires disconnected from the small light because of all the manipulation as I was trying to fit it into the handle. I covered the switch hole with a little ducktape. It is still a good product and the light situation didn't make a difference to me.

Covermate 7930 entry-exit handle is sturdy, easy to assemble, well made. Blue LED with waterproof on-off switch in handle is a deluxe touch (powered by 3 AAA batteries included). Does not requiring drilling into spa cabinet like most entry handles. Slides under un-filled spa, then weight of filled spa/frame holds adjustable handle in place. Finished in a smoothly applied, bronze-colored paint on steel.Knob in handle shaft provides for handle position rotation adjustment to clear spa covers. Bottom of handle is 41 inches above surface level which will clear most spas which are typically 36 inches high (39 - 40 inches high with a typical insulated top cover). this entry-exit handle is recommended for that extra bit of spa entry/exit safety.Purchased as an Amazon Warehouse Deal at a savings over regular price, item arrived in perfect condition.

Very impressed with this item. Assembled easily and slid right under the spa after draining for cleaning. Has a little “give” to it, but the rotating feature is great. Very stable. The instructions do not include how to install the light. Here’s what worked well for me:1 - Install the batteries (to make sure the light works)2 - Disconnect the battery pack from the light (there’s a small junction between the two, squeeze the retaining clips together and pull the sections apart)3 - Remove the rubber cover from the top of the switch4 - Feed the switch through to its hole from the inside of the tube and press it into the hole until it snaps into place5 - Replace the rubber cover on the outside of the switch – you may need to work it back into the gap a bit6 - Reconnect the wires7 - Insert the battery pack into the tube, sliding it alongside the switch (to allow clearance for the light)8 - Insert the light unit into the tube, aligning the small button to the corresponding small hole in the tube, just behind the switch
