It is a fast growing submerged plant that competes with algae for nutrients, helping keep the water clean and clear. Use one bunch for every 2-4 square feet of surface area. It is not necessary to plant Anacharis, simply attach weights to the bunch of plants and they will sink to the bottom of the pond and grow towards the surface. The product arrived very healthy and beautifully green. Although it can float, I inserted the stems into the gravel. The plant is now sending down white threads to anchor it to the gravel. It’s growing very tall. I’ve already clipped and replanted the tips of two plants!

Small batch of plants for outside pond came USPS. Carrier left in mailbox on a 90 degree day. When I contacted seller, he immediately reshipped with a better label showing the contents as "perishable". Mail carrier brought second package to door and plants were AOK. Thanks!

I couldn’t find this plant locally and my Koi fish love, love love this in the pond. Greatly helps with water quality. Large, healthy plants arrived fast and well packaged!

The anacharis was fine, but the hornwort was very very small and literally fell apart before I put it in the pond. Once in, It couldn't even be seen. It was unlike any I had ever gotten before. Couldn't get from my regular supplier as they get from Florida and said hurricanes had destroyed the source.

didn't grow as much as expected but did make some nice poofs in the bottom of my pond. I'll try to get more in the spring

I needed it for a science lab for my seventh grade classes. I live in a small town and usually have to drive 80 miles to buy some. I saw it on Amazon and decided to give it a try . It worked perfectly. Good job Amazon 🙌

Sparse bundles in order from 2021 and this year put a lot of muck in my pond and fell apart from their bundle . Green pieces floating everywhere requiring much cleaning.

I had order 2 different water plants from you. When I received them, the bunched one was a very pale green not like the vibrant green color of the same plant I had before. The water lotus had several dead leaves and the others had black spots. Neither plants looked healthy at all, but I decided to give them a try as I figured that is what you would tell me anyway had I contacted you. They have both been in the water since the day I received them. Neither one had grown a bit, nor did they look any better. The bunched one wouldn't even float any more and the water lotus still looked the same...horrible. I have had purchased both of these plants in years past from a nursery and they did fine. In fact, the water lotus would multiply so quickly that I couldn't give them away fast enough and was throwing them away as they had outgrown my water pond. These I received from you was a waste of my money. I threw the bunched one away a couple of days ago and I threw the water lotus away last evening. RIDICULOUS!
