I purchased this for my husband after the previous model we purchased (20v) was garbage, It took almost 10 minutes to cut a .91" branch. This saw cut thru that in seconds!He was disappointed in that the box and manual showed that the chain cover knob would tighten the chain like on his chainsaw was not on the unit he received. The unit came with a tool to adjust a screw that is difficult to reach. The manual also had the name of the actually manufacturer in it instead of Wild Badger.If the unit had the chain tensioner like the packaging and manual showed, it would have gotten a 5 star review.

This little saw works really well. I had some trees that needed trimming and this was made light work of the job. Light weight and easy to use. The battery didn't last long. Great saw.

Now this is a well thought out design. We have taller trees in our backyard and this has worked out well. The head of the saw adjusts so it can cut in difficult to reach places. The telescoping pole is super easy to adjust and reaches long enough for our backyard. The saw itself cuts perfect, even when it’s extended all the way. This was a great purchase, especially for the price.

Just did the yard work using this newly purchased pole saw last weekend. It was easy to assemble and use. Battery was long enough to cut all our palm trees in one time. Overall I am satisfied!

Finally got this put together without much help from the instructions. It came with a pouch of tools that I never found a use for so I was afraid to start it fearing the blade might fly off or other safety considerations. But it seems that doesn't matter because it won't start. The link on the product page says "click here to make a request to customer service" but that's not where it takes you and where it does take you offers no information as to how to contact anyone and there is nothing in the manual about service except to "have it replaced by our specialist service department." I give up.
