The gears will not engage to run the saw blade. Took it apart and put it back together again. Motor starts, but saw blade will not turn at all. Want a refund!!! Will not turn so therefore, it will not cut.

After only a few hours of use, the PLASTIC safety throttle button, along with the PLASTIC throttle button itself stuck and wouldn't release! The cheapest plastic parts I've seen in a long time! Wouldn't recommend this pole saw.

The plastic choke nob was broken , but all the pole saw parts to assemble it were there
