I like the fact that this will keep my echo running even in a power failure. I don't have an automatic generator at home but my ISP in on a big UPS which will keep everything running until I can wheel the portable generator outside. These keep the Alexa going until I can get everything set up!

I use my Echo Dot as my alarm clock, though I’m always worried that power might go out over night and the alarm won’t go off.I had one for 5 years and it died a few months back (different brand). I’m enjoying being able to use my echo dot again without worry that it might not be powered up in the morning.

Purchased a 4th DOT, but this one was with the intent of taking it outside so that we can listen to music.Stringing a power cord has been a bit of a nuisance. Also, the fact that the DOT has to go through the power up is a bit of a pain.Since I'm not an iPhone user, it's a shame that the phone charger port isn't compatible with Android. But honestly, I didn't purchase this battery pack with the intent of charging my phone.There was a different battery pack that was more expensive, but had less play time.It clamped on to my DOT and seems to have a very solid connection from the DOT to the battery pack.Going to be nice not to have the BlueTooth speaker any longer, which will free up my cell phone when listening to music.

These were exactly what I was looking for - they charge using the cord that comes originally with the dot, and they’re easy to carry around. Note that unless you turn them off between uses, the battery does drain in less than 24hrs.

this unit works great but I snapped one of the ears off plugging the echo into , I was fortunate enough to crazy glue it back together and now works 100% as intended.. at first I wasnt sure why I would want and portable table charger for my echo but then it hit me.. I was cooking outside on the patio and I had no home automation control device near there.. so I picked up and extra echo that we use part time take it out with us and set it on the picnic table .. makes great for portable music and seems to last quite awhile.. HIGHLY Recommend just watch those ears..!!

The clips that are supposed to hold the Dot in place securely broke immediately the moment I put it in place. Most disappointed in the product. Now with any movement it falls right out the base.

I bought this to take my echo outside to the porch for music and also to control lights, etc. via Alexa. Works great, and the battery has never run out. Easy set up too.

Very nice product idea. Allows me to use the Echo Dot on my patio! Quick to get music out on the patio when reading a book!The concept is great, but I reduced the grade one star because the hooks that fasten the battery to the Echo Dot don't look like they are rugged enough to endure moving the product around.
