I love that this senses several different threats and can be plugged in just about anywhere you have an outlet. great in a laundry / utility room where there are gas appliances or in a room where you have a temporary propane device working .

After having our HVAC guy notice my furnace had a crack in the heat exchanger (which could have caused a CO leak into the home that could've become a serious issue fast), I realized I needed to have some means of understanding the air quality and to be able to detect any potential CO or gas leaks as soon as possible before putting myself or my family's health and safety at risk.I came across this unit and ordered it right away. It is extremely simple to use - no assembly required. I plugged it in and it immediately said something and begun calibrating. After a couple minutes, it landed on the results in my photo. I have a dehumidifer across the room from this unit which had my RH % only 2-3% off which could be due to the distance between the two machines. But I feel better knowing that, if there is a CO/gas leak, this unit will alarm to let me know to take action immediately which could literally be the difference between life and death. All in all, I would recommend this for anyone with concerns similar to mine.

I recently purchased a small propane heater for my basement area, which does not work well on low. I have carbon monoxide alarms to protect my family, and I’ve never had them go off until now. Of course, it happens in the middle of the night and not quite sure what to do other than open the windows in freezing temperature and wonder when will the air really be safe? How much safer is it after the alarm stops? Love this CO alarm for the information it provides whenever I use any fireplace in the house. It is well-designed, easy to read, and most importantly intuitive. I would recommend this for anyone who uses propane as a secondary heat source.

This is a very high quality item in terms of its construction. It has an effortless setup, too. I have yet to find out if it "works", other than the test feature during setup, but maybe I don't want to end up in a situation where it NEEDS to work. I will attempt to test further in the future, but thus far no complaints!

Plugged it in and it is monitoring as stated! I do not know how accurate it is because thankfully I haven't had any leaks but it is assuring that something is quietly monitoring for dangerous gases. I have it in the hallway that leads to my bedrooms.

This 4-in-1 detector is a compact design and good way to monitor for carbon monoxide, natural gas, and other combustible gases. It also provides temperature and humidity readings, adding extra functionality which I appreciate. The plug-in design makes installation simple, and the loud alarm with visual indicators ensures you’re quickly alerted to any danger. It's a practical choice for enhancing safety in your home, bedroom, or RV. A straightforward device that helps provide peace of mind.

I like this sensor because it delivers the all-important carbon monoxide and natural gas monitoring, and it also adds, as a bonus, room temperature and humidity, all four functions in one small device for a nice price, so it's a good value. It is simple and doesn't require batteries: you just plug it into an outlet and wait 180 seconds for it to reset and analyze the environment. Then the lights turn green, and if it detects CO or gas, they turn red and it delivers a sound alarm. I like the fact that it doesn't require batteries, as some of the battery-powered detectors seem to have a knack for beeping in the middle of the night when the battery is low! While I do have other detectors in the house, I got this one to put next to the stove, because my sister is coming for Thanksgiving, and twice in the recent past she left the burners on without a flame, thus causing a gas leak, so I wanted an additional detector close to the stove. One small downside is that the manual isn't entirely correctly written in English (you can still understand everything), but the operation of the device is so simple (just plug it in!) that one doesn't really need much of a set of instructions, so this tiny downside does not compromise the high rating that I'm giving to this device.
