My wife makes these heatable soup bowl holders that can be microwaved and then you can take out without burning your fingers and keeps the soup warm. They are handy in the winter and easier than a pot holder. She makes them and sells them or gives them as gifts. It is important that it be 100% cotton or it can catch the microwave on fire. This is a great product for what she makes.

I have used this product many a times making cozy’s. It’s very soft , only down fall is the thickness isn’t very uniform.

I purchased this fabric to make microwave bowl cozies and it works extremely well. No hot fingers when I pull my hot bowl out of the microwave and no worry that the fabric will catch on fire.
