This 100% USA grown cotton is punched with hundreds of needles through a thin base material (polymer fibers) to prevent tearing, shifting, migrating or creeping through the cover fabric making it 87.5% cotton/12.5% polymer fibers. Needled cotton's flexibility makes it ideal for both inside and outside use. Fibers are held together without glue so a quilting needle glides easily through the batting. What an incredible difference! No need to pre-wash, machine washable after quilted, can be used as an exterior fabric, quilt up to 10in apart, easily dyes and your fabric will cling to the batting while quilting. Made in USA.

Love the white white batting for quilts with white fabrics in them. Easy to use and not so bunched up as others are sometimes.

Thuis is the only brand batting I use for my handmade rag quilts. It does not shed when working with it. Washes like a dream with no shifting or bunching. High recommend this batting for all types of quilts.

This batting enhances the white fabric in a quilt and does not dull it down the way an off-white batting does. I like the softness of it, and I was very pleased with the way it felt in the child's quilt I recently completed. I bought a king size batting which I cut in four equal pieces to use in four baby/child quilts with very little waste.

I ordered this for the middle of a king sized wedding quilt. It is very good batting, soft but sturdy. It is easy to work with, also. It is a large piece. I was able to piece the left over batting for the middle of a regular size quilt. It pieces well by just lapping one edge over another and using a curving stitch. Then there was no bulky seam.

This is very nice batting. It is warmer than some if the others I have used, but it is also a bit stiffer, so depends on how you like your quilts to feel. Find it a bit stiff for a crib quilt, but lovely for larger sizes.

This is my go to low loft batting! Because the batting is needled, it has enough traction to hold the quilt sandwich together without shifting when pinning. Warm and white is super white--no worry of any seeds showing through especially when your quilt top contains a white fabric. It launders well no bunching or shrinkage. (A quilt I made for my daughter survived multiple washings per semester in college washers and dryers and came out just as good as when it was made.) It also is one of the low lint battings and doesn't beard on dark fabrics.
