Works really well, solid construction, used on a derailleur bolt, allowed to tighten properly - would recommend.

In the process of converting my Catrike back to manual with very little bike maintenance experience I found myself needing this special tool and not having one. It was a pain. I tried a bunch of alternative method to get the chainring tightened but nothing worked until I was able to get my hands on this. Seems pretty solid and definitely good enough for a casual bike rider and mechanic

Not much to say, it is a good Park tool but I had to use it very carefully to get the chainring bolts off I was struggling with. They were really tight.

Slotted chainring bolts can be a pain, the screwdriver-like tool previously used requires pushing inward and rotating the bolt, all while keeping the tool straight to stay engaged with the slots. You might also need a stick to clamp between your teeth to keep from cursing, and paper towels and duct tape to make a bandage if the tool slips and the chainring bites you. This Park tool makes the process much safer and less frustrating for certain.

With inflation affecting my life, I always try to cut some corners with cheaper brands but always return to Park Tools. This tool wasn't that much more expensive but still tried to shave some coins. It turned out that I made a mistake. The tool worked like expected and it also caused less damage to my chainring bolts, which I can reuse. Thanks.

Works well! But it feels flimsy, the metal is very lightweight.
