Do not ever buy from this company. I bought a used VCR that was supposedly reconditioned. It didn't work. I had 3 people over to look at it. By then the company wouldn't take it back or refund me.

Everything is fine with this VHS & DVD player. I purchased this for my mother to replace an older identical model so not having a remote control come with this refurbished wasn't a problem as the remote control from the original works with the new one.

Originally received incorrect item without remote. Received an immediate call back from shipper and, although it was a different recorder, it worked fine and was is perfect condition. So, we decided to keep it if the remote and plugs were forwarded asap. Have received all as promised - we are now satisfied.

The device had dents in the top of it it had glue stuck on the display it took about 15 minutes with Goof Off to get that off not real happy at all would never buy a product like this again used.

The Panasonic DVD VCR combo that I purchased, worked approximately 20 minutes before it ejected the video tape, when I try to reload the tape it just kept kicking out the tape, finally the whole system shut down and I could only get it restarted for about 20 seconds before it shut down again, the DVD section never worked at all, very disappointed with this product and very disappointed with the company that promotes it, do not expect any orders from me or my friends and family in the near future, very very disappointed very very dissatisfied. Please contact me so I can make arrangements to hopefully get my money back, it's been very hard to contact this company and when I do I get no response.

Did not work ,made lots of noise only. The remote control came in a separate package and it was for RCA , not Panasonic.Returned it and thankfully received my money back.

So far, (a week), we are very happy with this VHS player and we have also used the DVD player to make sure they work, and they do! The remote works well also and all the cords were included as well. Since I have hooked up many such devices, I didn't find it difficult, however, it would have been nice to get a manual for it, that didn't come with it, but I may be able to get one from Panasonic that is downloadable, I have not tried yet. All in all, the device came in good shape and great working condition, so we are pleased with our purchase. We have too many old VHS tapes to replace them all and some are our favorite old movies! I will update if anything changes, but right now, all is well!

My mom’s old one died so this was ordered for her. Excellent working condition. A few minor scratches but no complaints as it is in perfect working condition. Her husband passed recently and she wanted one to watch his movies. She loves it! Thanks so very, very much!
