I purchased this item to be a Christmas present for my Granddaughters and the item came to me defective. The VCR would not accept VHS Tapes. It would instantly eject them. I have since returned this item.

The machine never worked,dvd switch doesn't work still waiting for a return label. Review said they were tested before they were shipped.

Was so impressed with the unit’s performance, that I bought a 2nd one, used as a gift to an elderly neighbor couple. They are just as pleased!!!

The Dvd works just fine. It is the VCR part of it that seems tobe a problem. For example when I tried to see a movie it blacks out for a couple of frames even though I can hear the voices the pucture goes blank one minute than it goes back to normal and blanks out again. Causes me to have a bit of eye strain.

The device arrive broken. The entire front of the device was missing the screws and fell apart when we took it out of the package it was delivered in.
