These things are great really you can adjust the height of you don't want them ten feet and more like eight you just take a post out. They are very sturdy bought 8 in the end because they give an extra elegance to the yard.

Easy to assemble. Because your screwing metal to metal I had to grease the inside of each thread to tighten so it wouldn’t wobble. So far it’s held up with 100’ of lights with no problem in winter weather. I would definitely buy more in spring.

It's easy to put together and seems to be made well. It should last a while.I like how tall it is. With the height and the lights hanging from them gives more of whimsy feel.It functions as it should. Just make sure to get the spikes fully in the ground. Less likely to shift in the wind.Great value for the money.

My deck doesn't have a lot of places to attach strands of lights and I wanted the Edison bulb look. These two poles are exactly what I needed. They can be stuck directly in the ground to light a pad patio or can be put in large planters to add supports if your space is above the ground. The bases are wide and easy to push into the ground and I haven't had any problem with them swaying or drooping because of weather.

I am running two sets of heavy string lights from Costco in my backyard so I needed 6 poles. I had two poles that were 1 piece solid construction and two poles that were comprised of 6 different sections that were screwed together. These poles fall into the latter category and have 6 different sections that connect together to make the pole whatever size you want it. Compared to my other poles these are slightly taller and they have a heart on the top which is kind of cute but doesn't match the other two.These poles were the least expensive list price of the three sets I have tried and they were 80% less than the one-piece solid construction poles. They were easy to put together. A few of the pieces had delicate threading that I needed to be careful or exert extra force to get it threaded completely. The pieces all went together well and the slightly taller poles could be a bonus if you need extra height. The poles have slightly more bend in them than my other poles though which isn't a big deal to me because they seem sturdy but it isn't as aesthetically pleasing as I would prefer.The poles have been in place for over a week and have been used every day through some crazy rain storms, sleet, hail, snow, and temperatures that went down into the teens and so far they look exactly like the day I installed them and I haven't had to adjust them or change anything. Very good, cost-effective solution and the heart design on the top of each pole would be perfect for wedding shower, engagement parties, etc.

I absolutely love the heart design at the top! I’ve set them up around my firepit to hang string lights, and the result is magical. The poles are sturdy and well-made, holding the lights securely even in breezy weather. They were easy to install and have transformed my outdoor space into a cozy, inviting area. These are really well made. I like how you get a set of two poles. Came in a box with the easiest instructions. The assembly was simply screwing in the poles together. The base has your choice of a steak to drive into the ground or you could use the tools it came with to put on a deck or patio. I like how everything was quick and easy to put together. String lights are not included. Great and sturdy products. Well made!

Even at 8ft spacing these are inadequate for anything but mini lights. they bend easily at the screw joints that hold them together. the screw joints themselves don't tighten down completely. If i had not made the mistake of recycling the boxes I would return these. Do not buy. For the same price you can get actual metal conduit from a hardware store that will support more then a few ounces of weight per pole. These are "pretrash" like most things on Amazon are becoming.

Very pleased with the string light supports rods. They were very easy to assemble. Height wise they get to 10 feet. The heart shaped loop at the top has a good look and works great on sting lights. The poles are sturdy and have a four prong base that hold them in the ground. Also included was a fence attachment option. I thought these were a great value for the price. I have them both in my side garden and they look great. I would recommend, easy to put together and place.
