I recommended this brand to everyone I know that exercises including pickle ball and running. They exceed the cheap brands that claim to be compression socks or provide support. Folks don’t be cheap and buy the best quality. Your feet will notice.

They fit weird. I'm size 9 and got a medium based on the size chart. They were too big so the heel and toe areas were loose and had no support for my arch. Which means I was not getting any benefit off the compression areas that were added to the heel and arch area. I was going to reorder a small but the seller I got the medium did not have any other sizes. When I tried to look for other sellers on Amazon they way more expensive. I tried to buy directly from the manufacturer but their cost + shipping was ridiculous. I was definitely not paying over $40 for a pair of socks + over $10 in shipping. I got a left ankle sleeve about a year ago from a store that worked great when I had twisted my ankle. I got it for $40. On Amazon they were $65 for 1. As the ankle sleeves are sold separately for the R & L foot. Great quality products but extremely expensive.

I am been running for 4 months now, preparing for half marathon. Have been feeling minor ankle discomfort. Running group coach suggested 1. These socks 2. Tightening the shoe laces all the way 3. Long term - strengthening exercises.I started tightening shoe laces properly and using these socks - the discomfort has largely gone away. I don't feel the pain in the top of the ankle after the run. I wish the socks was cheaper and I could buy a second and third pair.PS - i wear a Saucony guide shoe as recommend by running store.

If you regularly exercise then you're better off spending $25 for one pair of these than less for a bag of sub-quality socks. These and Apolla are my favorite compression socks. Quarter size is just perfect in between ankle/no-show and crew.

I'm over 60 and not very active and never walk without shoes on but for some reason these socks wore out in the heels very fast. So for me, I can't afford to replace them although they are comfortable for sure.
