Nice lil contraption to use for a quick stretch. However my therapist said that it's not giving me the full stretch needed for plantar fasciitis.

This is nicely made. It was affordable. Definitely designed for beginners, seniors, physical therapy for injuries to non- athletes. Totally useless for athletes, especially those who do to yoga or ballet. It is a very heavy supportive brace with a very weak simple stretching method. Purchased because I needed something to stretch my toes (demi-pointe) (especially at the big toe joint) unfortunately, this contraption did absolutely nothing for me that can't be done with traditional resistance bands and stretch straps.

Works well for several different leg, ankle, hip, and lower back therapy. Easy to apply to foot and had several grab loops.

The title to my review says it all. Elevated the pain of plantar fasciitis. Yes there is a certain amount of awkwardness while learning to use it. But it literally works better than anything my podiatrist did. I wish i would have tried it sooner.

Works well. Came with pouch and manual illustrating other than hamstring stretch. Very pleased with price, quality and delivery speed

Omg I love this thing. I suffer from plantar fasciitis and the way this thing stretches my foot, it helps soooo much with all pain that I’m so thankful I saw it. The instructions help and once you got it figured out it’s super easy to use. I love the little carrying bag it comes in. Super collapsible, making it super easy to store with little need for extra space. It’s honestly great.

So far they work good for the calf and feet. They are not good in the other position for quad stretching, uncomfortable around the toes

Update: after using this thing several times now I'm feeling better. It is a very versatile and helpful strap to use while stretching. If you're anything like me and are very tight, have pain, and have a bit of a gut that can impede some stretches, then this is for you. I'm still trying to master the IT stretch. The IT band has always been a difficult stretch for me, probably because I'm so tight everywhere else. The booklet that came with the strap is a little confusing. The pictures and wording don't seem to always match up. But that's not a big deal. This also makes stretching my piriformis easier. That's a huge thing for me. This is still a 5 star product review for me.Original review: Where has this been all my life? I have plantar fasciitis that is significantly impacting my ability to live a normal life. Due to the compensation in my gait one whole side of my body is jacked up and in pain. While looking for yet one more thing to help with the plantar fasciitis I stumbled onto this strap for stretching. I have a slant board for stretching my calves and achilles tendons, which works the best for me. But I need to do other stretches, too, & I have difficulty stretching using elastic bands. Years ago I had a non-elastic band with loops similar to this. But that one didn't have a thing to attach to the foot and made stretching difficult for me and was sometimes painful with the loop digging into my skin. This band with the foot attachment is genius. It's simple enough to put on. It came with a little booklet with directions on how to do different stretches and a bag for storage. I've only used it for the foot, calf, and hamstring so far. I tried it for the IT band which is challenging for a tight person to stretch. I think it'll work well for that too, but I didn't have time other than to quickly check to see if I felt a pull. I'm very happy I got this. It's an inexpensive stretching aid that will actually work for me and hopefully help me be more consistent with my stretching. It seems to be well made. The stitching looks to be well done and thorough. I definitely recommend this especially if you're like me and have difficulty stretching due to age and somewhat limited mobility.
