So plantar fasciitis, and I say this from experience, has a nasty habit of leaving your feet feeling stiff and sore after a long period of relaxed inactivity. Night splits like these are designed to effectively keep your feet pulled into a ninety-degree-angle position, preventing it from relaxing fully and keeping it "stretched" to encourage recovery over time. While billed as "pain relief," a product like this is more of a therapy-over-time tool. Though, it does mitigate that morning stiff-sore feeling.I've seen better night splints than this one. For one thing, and you can see this in the store image, that one big strap over the front of your foot? Absolutely not comfortable. It's one thing for a splint to go for a "softer" design, but there's also just no conceivable benefit to forcing your toes to pull upward like that, not for the length of time a night splint should be worn. You're quite liable to hurt your toes or at least cut off some blood circulation, and that's just not on.And that's a shame, because a softer night splint such as this would be really nice to have. I have some stiffer, plastic night splints, but I have a hard time sleeping or lay down comfortably with them because of how big and hard they are. I was hoping this might be the answer, but apparently not. What it *is* functionally useful for is wearing for shorter bursts to keep your foot stretched for half an hour or so, which can be a helpful bit of regular therapy. I just wouldn't recommend wearing it for the full eight hours of sleep.

Was poorly made. Came apart after wearing it on day 3. I did like it though because it was not big and bulky like the one I got from my doctor.

i bought these soft sock type night splits first thinking they would be more comfotable than a stiff type splint. Boy, was I wrong. Dont waste your money... although they are light and soft enough, that is not the problem. The problem is in the concept of the design with the strap coming forward over your toes. This puts pressure in a very unnatural way that starts to pinch at the toes and cut off blood supply...first going to sleep and numb, but eventually waking up in super pain in the toes from these. Definitely cannot wear them to sleep. Save your money. Dont buy these. The firm style night splints are much better in fact.

It says one size fits all but definitely not for men with larger 12 or longer foot. My big toe feels pinched and started hurting after 20 minutes of use.Going to send back as it was not as advertised and rather poorly constructed.

The picture shows two and the description shows a two count. It’s just one splint and a pair of socks I don’t need. I bought this because it was two. There are less expensive single splints which is why I bought a two pack. This is misleading and should be corrected. I wanted two and bought what I thought was two.

Disclaimer: I am size 10.5 in womens shoes. I ordered a large as recommended. With my heel back in the brace I believe I have over an inch and a half extra room. My goal is improved ankle dorsiflexion as when I sleep my ankles go majorly into plantar flexion. The positioning of my foot may be whag leads to increased toe extension. I'd size down to try another if it wasnt for the lack of adittional support straps. I am simultaneously wearing another brace to try tonight that wraps around the ball of my foot and it is much more comfortable. The brace itself is well made. Breathable soft material. If you have no ingrown toe nails, and purely want this brace for plantar fasciitis (not increased ankle dorsiflexion) give it a try! Maybe I should have sized down.Learn from my mistakes 😅Easy to don/doffMaybe don't wear it the entire first night either. Dose it out 2 or 3 hours first night or two. Monitor circulation in your foot. Then try a whole night when deemed safe
