I’ve been dealing with plantar fasciitis in both feet for a few years, and the pain can be intense—sometimes radiating up my leg, into my stomach, and even my throat. Despite regular stretching and exercise, it’s been borderline debilitating at times. I didn’t expect much when I bought these socks, but during a bad flare-up while washing dishes, the pain was so severe it brought me to tears. I figured it was the perfect time to give them a try.Within minutes of putting the socks on, the sharp, stabbing pain eased into a dull throb. While wearing them, I was able to do my foot stretches, and in about half an hour, I could put weight on my foot again. Now, if I put them on first thing in the morning, I don’t have to hobble around in pain, waiting for my foot to relax and stretch out as I move. These socks have improved my comfort more than most insoles I’ve tried, and I’ll definitely be buying a few more pairs to rotate through the week.

I have extensor tendinitis in my left foot. Been icing it and using oldFashion tensor band wrapping that kept falling off and not fitting in my winter boots. Bought these and they are amazing. Keeps swelling down- while giving a little bit of extra support and not bulky. Very comfortable. Very glad I took a chance on these. Could take a long walk with a lot less pain. Hoping these speed my recovery.

Overall, the product was decent in terms of providing comfort and some mild, temporary pain relief but didn't necessarily live up to the product description - imo.I've had plantar fasciitis for almost a year now and have tried innumerable forms of treating it (stretching is always the best bet). While this sleeve is okay for providing pressure along the arch of the foot and some overall comfort, it's not something that amounts to a solution by any means, nor does it effectively alleviate symptoms. KT tape can provide a more effective and more user-specific solution (at less cost) that doesn't also squeeze the sides of the feet inward; in trying to achieve a stitching pattern that puts pressure on the arch, it constricts other parts of the foot.I've worn the sleeve during physical activity, at work, even sometimes overnight as I slept and, after about two weeks of usage, all my symptoms remain, unimproved. While this doesn't reflect the effectiveness of the sleeve and can more so be tied into the severity of my affliction, I feel that it's still noteworthy that no short or long term improvement is apparent.Though the design is fantastic and versatile - can be worn anywhere, even with flip flips which is a plus. However, a good treatment for plantar fasciitis is to limit as much impact on the heel as possible - so these sleeves should be supplemented with an insert of some sort. All together, it's a decent product for anyone who's not desperate to find a solution and has the expendable money, though it's not something I'd personally recommend to someone hunting fervently for a solution and a consistent form of pain relief.
