Initially the support to my arch felt good. But after trying it for a few hours each day, they made my whole foot and ankle sore. I ordered correct size and it should have even been a little loose.

My shoe size says I should wear a "medium" sleeve, but my foot is wide. The large is more comfortable. The box has instructions for using a tape measure your arch. If that's on the product page, I didn't see it. Maybe contact the seller if you have a wide foot.

They fit true to size. You can feel the support. I have tried others and these provide the best support. My left foot has tendonosis on the top of the foot and my right foot the pain is high on the heal bone. These help both somewhat when I play tennis. Down side they should be washed by hand and air dried.

Loved using this! I bought because I was impressed that it had the varying levels of compression from top to bottom. I have lingering pain from an old ankle sprain but am back to running. I slipped this on after my run to prevent swelling and reduce recovery time, and my ankle felt completely fine the next day.

It's hard to tug on, but very supportive. My spouse uses it overnight, and it has been effective in facilitating recovery from plantar fasciitis.

I like your product . I bought another pair ! I owned the first pair a couple of months . I wear them all day sometimes other times just to bed . They are easy to care for , I wash in garment bag in washer , air dry . I wear 7 1/2 shoe , I bought the large size to make sure they weren’t too tight . They cover my little toe but that’s ok with me .

I like the product, it helps if you have arthritis or heel spurs. The only thing is that you might want to get a larger size because they run kinda small.
