Great size, worked as designed. Flavor had no application to a pan. If this reduces the overall rating stars, I’ll give it full stars because, yeah, my mini mads were fab.

I was looking for mini madeleine pans and since this is labeled as mini and is a good brand I've bought multiple times from before, I chose these. They're at least twice the size of what I was looking for, however. To me, these are regular sized madeleines and I can't figure out why they're called the mini size. I'm pretty disappointed, as I rush primed this pan so I could make them today and therefore, have no time to order another or ask for this one to be refunded. I'm stuck with madeleines that take twice as long to bake as the recipe I'm using and are twice as large.

I used these for my first baking of madelines. They are a great size. No sticking! Simple to clean- just use a paper towel to clean off the butter and cookie remnants and then the dishwash them. Loved these madeline pans!

Great pan for making mini madeleines. It's light but durable. I used a 1 tbsp scoop to fill the wells, but it was a little too much. I recommend using something a bit smaller. The madeleines are small but they are perfect for bite sized desserts or lunch box treats. It held up well to washing and drying without any warping or rusting. Overall, great pan!

I was specifically searching for a mini pan since I like bite sized Madeleine treats. There's not that many mini trays out there, but I noticed it was a good price with lots of positive reviews, so bit the bullet and ordered two of them (based on idea I wouldn't have to halve recipes) . They arrived quickly, and I made my first batch of madeleines using a recipe I found online. Buying two pans was good since it accommodated a recipe for full sized ones. I used some baking spray and the little cakes popped out very easily. Just baked for about 4 minutes. I noticed the shell imprint isn't too pronounced, but perhaps I should have baked a little longer so the shell side was more golden... Not sure, so will have to test again. The tray is pretty lightweight, but that doesn't impact much. However, the tray is also not too deep (given it's a mini), so it's a bit harder to grab out of the oven since its handles sit so close to the oven rack. I was a bit worried I might be clumsy and burn myself so I was careful in taking the trays out of the oven. Overall I am looking forward to baking more mini Madeleine's with my two pans.

I'm French and Madeleine is all my childhood. After living in the States for 2 years, it was time for me to share those delicious cakes that my grandmother taught me how to do.And what a better excuse than a French party at the kid's school. I just made my first batch and it is good.The pan is great, the shell decor is on every cake.The only Con's I have is that they all stuck to one another ! But the madeleines still taste very good !

Ever since I became a vegan I've been missing madeleines. It was always depressing to see them in the store and know that I couldn't have them because they were made with a ton of cream, butter, and eggs, but not so depressing that I actually wanted to eat that stuff. But now that I have my own pan I can make my own veganized versions, and this pan works wonderfully. I also use this pan to bake muffins because it makes nice little bite size poppers. The pan is super easy to clean, and I like the mini size option a lot. I've been very pleased with this pan and the tasty little treats I've been making.

i had forgotten about this.I got this form my GF and it's been 2 years since we got it...well just to say, hey it works would be enough...But i'd like to say because my GF bakes awesome stuff with this, it's that much better!it's nice and cute and from what i hear the size is what makes this great.i personally notice nothing stuck on this well maybe a tiny tiny crumb but you get the idea.it's awesome and it works.
