I have up on making Madeleine's because they would always stick to the metal pans no matter how much I greased them and they were also a bear to get out of the pan. This one is amazing and makes the most beautiful little cakes. Easy to remove and clean. Bought some for family and friends and they love it too. Buy it!

I should have read the comment before purchasing this. I had the Lekue mini Madeleine silicone mold and this one is totally fake. It came with another brand name "The Essentials", it is a cheap replica and it is made in Taiwan. I'm so disappointed, I purchased and I trusted the seller that I will receive the Lekue, instead I received this thing that doesn't even indicate if it is BPA BREE, and if it is made with 100% Platinum Silicone as the original Lekue.

I've only used it once, but it is very satisfactory. It does take a little longer to bake the cookies - about 1-1/2 minutes longer than the maximum suggested (17.5 rather than 16 minutes in my oven). They are SO easy to get out of the pan without breaking the cookies. I will probably get some more silicone products now that I've tried this one.

Looks fragile but is really sturdy. Madeleines cook perfectly and come right out of the pan!A great addition to my kitchen!

Item shipped was not the original - different from the other one I purchased from Lekue (with box and recepie booklet). Nor it had the brand logo and silicone was of diffrent quality. I returned the purchase.

great product! I bought this to make madeleine cookies for Thanksgiving for the first time. the silicone pan was so easy to use. the cookies just popped right out when I turned it over the cooling rack. the only thing (which was my fault) was that I was worried about the silicone pan drooping over the rack in my oven, so I put it on a cookie sheet to keep it flat. when I did this, the cookies browned a little too much where it touched the pan. when I did my second batch and put the silicone pan directly on the rack, it stayed level and the cookies came out perfect. also, I didn't have to grease or butter this pan, and the more batches I made, the easier the popped out. I am very pleased with this product, and I will probably over time switch out all of my bakeware with silicone.

I debated whether to get a metal or silicone pan for madeleines. I've had metals ones before and they had a tendency to rust, so finally decided to try the silicone bakeware this time around. I am very, very happy with the results. The cookies didn't stick at all, I barely oiled the molds (and only once, the remainder of the batch I found I didn't need to), they came out perfectly and were a hit with the family. And it's a snap to wash. Definitely recommend.
