I had never made Madeleines before and I enjoy trying new things. These pans are sturdy and well made, I can tell I will never have to buy another pan again. My Madeleines came out perfectly, no sticking. While I wasn't very impressed with my recipe, the pans worked well.

overall, the pans are good. I coated them per the recipe (1 tbsp softened butter, 1.5 tsp flour) and they didn’t stick a bit. Easy to clean.my only issue with these is that the madeleines didn’t hold up the shape on the bottom. I’m not sure what else to try for that. The shape is barely visible. however, they cooked perfectly. For the sake of value these are great, but im still looking for a pan that would produce the authentic shape.

I looked for madeline pans for quite a while. I didn't want to spend a lot but I wanted good results. These are beautiful to look at and wonderful to use. The cookies size is just right with a good dome and if you want to add a chocolate glaze the melted chocolate will release easily when cooled.
