If you hate overpaying for products you won't use to often than this is the product for you! Very easy to install, and the wings on the side makes it easy to grip and pop out when not using. When I told the guy at uhaul how much I paid for it, he went and ordered him one on the spot, or so he said he was. Works just as good as the higher priced options and still holding on strong.

I bought this to validate that the factory-installed connector on my new car works correctly. This showed that it does. However, the connector on my car is keyed, so the LEDs are face-down when installed. I'm unsure if the car connector is upside down (but looking at online diagrams suggests it might be). The trailer connection won't care, but for this tester this makes it hard to check while plugged into my car.The bottom line is that the tester works (but is awkward when testing on my car). My car connector is operating correctly (though maybe upside down).So, the tester met my needs and was very inexpensive. It also showed that I'm fairly ignorant of current wiring standards (I'm used to the older 4-pin connectors). Like always, there's more to learn.
