I am supposed to wear this splint at night but I feel like it overextends it and causes different pain for me. I have stopped using it but I can see how it would work well for other people or maybe wearing during the day and not for bed.

The elbow brace is very well made. Fits me perfectly. It’s the same size on both sides of the brace. I thought it would have been bigger on one side for the upper arm. Nope, it’s the same on both sides. You can put it on either way. The Velcro makes it so you can tighten it for basically any arm size. I have big biceps for a woman. I thought the brace might be too small. But, it fits great with room to spare! I like that it has the sleeve on the inside to slip your arm through. The sleeve makes it so much easier to put the brace on yourself without any assistance. I like that it has the removable metal bars on both sides to keep your arm straight. Or, you can bend the bars slightly to have a slight bend to your arm.. if you choose. Or, you can remove the bars for a compression wrap only. I bought this brace cause I’ve been sleeping with my arm up over my head. With my arm in a bent position. I’m pretty sure I have developed Cubital Syndrome from unconsciously doing this in my sleep. To the point the inside of my elbow has been swollen and throbbing with pain. I really hope this brace is going to make a huge difference. I’ll update later on on how well it works for me.

It doesn't get pain relief working well or something that don't do quality not bad comfort is okay design could be better All I know it doesn't do what I thought it would do
