Sylong elbow immobilizer splint was jointly developed by Sylong Health Technology Company and professor of orthopaedics, Department of Medicine, Ningbo University.
This elbow splint support for cubital tunnel syndromean, ulnar nerve injury, tennis elbow, golfer’s elbow and elbow fracture.
3 supporting plastic plates
This elbow splint is designed to contain 3 supporting plastic plates. When you put the elbow splint on your arm, the 3 plastic plates can be distributed around the arm. So it provides very effective support, so that your arms cannot bend when you sleep at night. When you wake up in the morning, you will find that the pain in your elbow is gradually relieved.
3 velcros straps
It uses 3 adjustable velcros correspond to the upper arm, elbow and forearm, which are more effective and comfortable than the two Velcro styles.
Soft and smooth half-circle sleeve
The inside of this elbow splint has a half-circle sleeve, which is made of soft and smooth Lycra fabric, which feels very comfortable on your arm skin.
Fit Right and left
This elbow splint can be used on the left arm or on the right arm. It can be easily adjusted with one hand for desired compression and support.
2 sizes，fits left and right arms
This elbow splint offers 2 sizes to choose from. Please measure the circumference of the middle position of your upper arm (biceps position) before choosing.Please refer to the size adaptation situation mentioned in the figure above.

I have had this for a few weeks purchaesed for my cubital tunnel syndrome. Too early to tell if it's the best one. I could not shape the three slim aluminum pieces to improve it's function. I may have hastedly purchased this item.

I'm not sure why this works but it does. I had pain in my outside elbow area a small section that hurt from just above my elbow to a few inches below it on my forearm "self diagnosed tennis/golf elbow since I dont play tennis". I started using this brace at night while sleeping and in about 4 or 5 day my pain was substantially reduced. I've sent it to 2 friends now cause it works.

I had surgery for Carpal tunnel and also cubital tunnel/ ulnar nerve transposition on my left arm all on March 5. My surgery didn’t go well and Im on the road to a long recovery. It’s been very hard sleeping every night as you can imagine. 2 months went by and I was about losing my mind with no sleep because I just could not get my arm in a comfortable position. Throughout the day I tend to protect it a lot, and bend my arm more then straighten it which is a huge problem. I finally decided to order this brace and see if maybe it would help me with this issue when I sleep. Since I can’t seem to straighten my arm during the day, maybe slowly at night it will start to get straighter. Well the very first night I wore it I slept so comfortably, so soundly, so amazingly, and I just wished I had ordered it sooner. The brace is so soft on inside. If you follow the directions on how to exactly wear it then I think you will love it too. It’s not meant to fit tightly. Doesn’t need too. It will not allow you to bend your arm at all if worn correctly. Its kept my arm from going into awkward positions that I would normally do. It’s helped straighten my arm quite a bit. My physical therapist says it’s a definite keeper. And if she says so then I know it’s good. It’s never caused me any pain or discomfort, just the opposite. I have had it now for a couple weeks and I just LOVE IT!!!

Oct 2018 I had left cubital tunnel surgery for ulnar nerve entrapment. The surgery was successful however recently I've been having constant pain at my elbow.It mostly gets inflamed at night when sleeping when my arm is bend during sleep. The pain lasts for hours and at times I cannot straighten my elbow for 3 or 4 minutes.This brace is easy to put on and remove. I wear it every night at bedtime. It works great because there is a flat metal rod that I can adjust the bend angle on to fit the amount of restriction I want to avoid a full bend and the subsequent pain. The other feature I appreciate is the open elbow area which avoids constricting the ulnar nerve.Although some of my daily activities like heavy lifting or full arm extension will cause a flare up I remain 90% pain free. I do recommend daily use to relieve your pain.If after a few nights your pain has not improved I strongly suggest that you see an orthopedist for medical option including surgery.9/1/23 I returned the brace for replacement. The metal strip that is in a sleeve which gets adjusted to the bend restriction needed began to tear. I am hoping that it's a one time problem.

So yes, this brace is not all together comfortable and did take a few nights to get used to wearing it. However, after a couple of weeks of wearing it to bed, my elbow pain drastically decreased. I haven't had to wear it in a few weeks, it helped that much.A funny story- I purchased 2, 1 for each elbow as I have a C7 compression which affects the arms and elbows most. I don't really need to wear it on both arms, as I quickly found out on night one. I had put them on, and I couldn't move my arms. I was like the little brother in "A Christmas Story" after their mom put him in his snow suit. My arms were sticking out, and I couldn't bend them. I stood there swaying them back and forth, laughing my butt off.

I wanted to wear it for tingling in my hand when my elbow is flexed, but itis too hard and uncomfortable; I cannot wear it at all.

I have cubits tunnel syndrome, so doctor recommended an elbow brace. But after two nights of wearing this elbow brace I felt more pain. In addition the Hook&Loop almost chocked me at night, and without it the brace was sliding down. I'm sending this item back

Used 2 of these (one on the left hand, one on the right) for the very first time during the past two nights and they seem to work.I actually did not wake up from numbness in my hands and fingers even once.The products seem to be high quality, very well-made and thought out.They seem to stay in in place and do not slip down.However, keep in mind I have been using them for only two nights, so it may be a little bit too early to draw definitive conclusions.Will update this review in the future when I get to know the product better and after it has been used for at least a couple of months.But so far - 5 stars.Seems to be everything you would hope for.
