6 month of use. Been using these 4 days a week These are holding up great. One sleeves is starting to stretch the fibers a bit along the stretching but it's still holding and usable. May need two order a few different sizes and see which one fits you the best it all depends on how tight you like your sleeves. Would buy again for the price. These have far outlasted how long I expected them to for the money spent.

They work great. It is easy to put them on and to take them off. They offer you support and improved stability. If you are looking for increasing the weight you lift or just want to protect your elbows, go for it.

My 18 year old son purchased these to help his elbow joints for better performance as he lifts. They’re easy to apply and help him bend with good elbow support. They fit well and seem durable. The price is reasonable for its performance.

Bought these straps to combat my tennis elbow issues and it's been the best decision I made! I've been able to continue to lift heavy during my triceps and chest workouts with little to no pain shooting down to my elbows. The straps are much more comfortable than other straps I've used in the past and more durable also. I normally train biceps and triceps on the same day so I like how the loop allows me to remove the strap without having to take it completely off while I do my curls. I recommend these to anyone lifting heavy with elbow pain.

As title says, didn't help with anything more than that. As my bench started getting higher so did the pain so I ended up buy PR lifestyle elbow wraps and is a world of difference to these when doing 300+ lbs benches. I do sometimes use the gymreapers elbow wraps for elbow pain when doing tricep isolation excercises.

لا انصح به المنتج كأنه ربطة يد وليس ربطة للكوع سيء انصح باخذ الي زي الشراب للكوع او للساعد فهو افضل ويكون ضاغط على اليد بدون الماحسه سيء ولم يناسبني اشبه بتضضيع فلوسك على الفاضي والمشكلة سعره غالي ولكن جودته سيئة جداً
