Still trying to figure out the best position to wear it in. It may be better without the ice pack, however it just doesn’t seem to fit right positioning wise. Good material though, nice adjustable straps for extra support.

Great brace. Fits well and offers a lot of support and stability. It helps with pain relief and fits well. I measured my arm prior to purchase and it fits like a glove. The velcro is strong and feels like it will last a long time. Highly recommend for anyone suffering from Tendinitis. The ice pack is very compact and easy to use and durable.

Exactly what I needed for my tennis elbow. Feels good and don’t fall off. I like that it also keeps my elbow from bending all the way but still flexible enough to make movements. Love that I can use it has a hot or cold compress

This is a pretty good elbow brace for the most part. First off the material feels very well made and should last for a bit. I have fairly big arms and it fit me very well and I could still move my arm without restriction.I do a lot of arm movements at work and my elbow/fore arm feels strained sometimes so when I go home I try to ice it down. My only complaint is the ice pack doesn't seem to last very long. It could be my ice pack may be defective or not sure if others feel the same.Overall it's a pretty good brace and would recommend it.

I love the second internal straps to make small adjustments. Works well for distal bicep tendonitis. Keeps things very stable.

Item was high quality and very sturdy. I love the ice pack the most, it's easy to keep the ice exactly where you need it with some slight pressure.
